Clarity on what to hand over. Clarity on what's actually costing them. Clarity on what would finally change if they had the right support behind them.
And without that clarity, nothing changes.
You're still up at 11pm with a to-do list that never gets shorter. Still spending your Monday mornings firefighting instead of building. Still pushing the things that would actually grow your business to "when I have more time."
And you never quite have the time.
The content doesn't go out consistently. The leads don't get followed up. The new offer you've been sitting on for three months is still sitting there. And somewhere between client delivery, admin, emails and everything else, the vision you started this for keeps getting further away.
